I wanted to show the love that holds many of us together in this piece. Although, the images are cliche, I think they work well together and overall give off a nice effect.
Normally, a sunset refers to the end of the day or something drawing to an end but with love it carries on longer, it does end when the sunsets.
I wanted to capture the idea of endless love and affection. During our lifetime, the sun will seem endless. And, this is what love can be like when it is right.
There are so many meanings to draw from this piece, what do you think? Tell me on Twitter?
As with all of my double exposures which I have completed I tend to use the same process which I have documented on a previous post that you can read here.
While, I don’t think this is my best looking piece. I do think it has one of the strongest meanings behind it.
Finally, I enjoyed looking for the right images to use in this piece and watching them blend together to create the final product. I could have improved some parts of the project but overall, I am happy with the project and how it turned out. What do you think?
